The New Mexico Nurses Association believes all people are entitled to quality health care. The association is responsible to the recipients and providers of health care to foster high standards of nursing, to stimulate and promote the professional development of nurses, and to advance their educational, economic and general welfare.
 

  • Capitol Challenge 2009

    The annual legislative workshop, covering the legislative process, bills we are following and supporting/ opposing, will be held at the Santa Fe Community Convention Center and the state Capitol on Thursday, February 12, 2009 from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. Lunch will be provided.

    Designed for nursing students, this activity is also open to LPNs and RNs interested in learning about the process and what is "HOT" this legislative session. The session dates are January 20 until March 21, 2009.
